I have always hated gym and
sport in general, my favourite and only sport
was
shopping!
As hard as I tried
I could not loose weight. I tried, cutting down the
carbs and the fat, nothing would show on my scales,
nothing spectacular at all. I was reaching 50 and
my body was not burning calories anymore. I knew
that the time had arrived to do something about
it.
I started to run,
running was at times a challenge but turned into a
nightmare when the weather changed for the
worst.
So I started the
gym, paid 2 months in advance, this surely would be
enough of an incentive?
I Bought myself pretty workout gear, everything was
great, I successfully got to 3 sessions.
My body was aching
but I was determined to stick to this, the 4th
session was delayed because of something I had to
do for my family, when I finally resumed to my gym
routine the challenge started to be harder and
harder. I was constantly trying to find a good
reason to avoid it, finally after 4 weeks I stopped
completely.
My husband bought stop
smoking from you, I went to see your site, I was
surprised to see that you had a gym motivation
program. I expected to find sports performance, but
not exactly something so focused on the Gym, this
was perfect.
I bought the MP3
immediately ! I started to listen to it on a Sunday
evening, on the Wednesday of the same week I was
back on track.
I am not joking
here, it is great. 3 months down the line I am
still at it. I listen to it often and I still do
the visualization every day. IT WORKS and I have
lost weight as well as getting fit, so I keep
listening.

I work sitting
down for up to 12 hours a
day.
One day at work we
had a fire drill and had to use the stairs to get
out of the building. We are on the 10th floor and
two of my colleagues set the challenge to race back
up the stairs afterwards. I couldn't believe how
unfit I was, I was wheezing and totally breathless
and had to keep stopping, even though I am not
smoking and only 30.
We are lucky enough
to have a gym downstairs in the basement of the
building. It became a bit of a joke when I said
that I was going to join them at the gym as they
all knew that I hadn't done any fitness for ages. I
bought your CD though and it worked so
fantastically that I have been doing 3 workouts a
week ever since and am planning to surprise them
all cos when we do the next stairs challenge I am
gonna beat the lot of them !
